ASAP Purushotham Nilayam in Miyapur was a good find for our family. The location is super convenient with Vignan Schools and Srikara Hospitals just a short distance. We looked at the 2 BHK apartments, specifically the larger ones around 1175 sq.ft which felt spacious enough. The budget for these larger units went up to 61.1 Lakh, which we stretched a bit for the extra space. Having the metro station nearby is also good for future transport needs. The developer, ASAP Constructions, seems to have focused on basic amenities like rainwater harvesting and a sewage treatment plant. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction nearby, but that's common in developing areas like this. We are happy with the decision.

I recently bought my fit home at ASAP Purushotham Nilayam in Miyapur. Being a single working woman, I needed a place that was secure and convenient. The 2 BHK apartment, around 990 sq.ft, felt like the right size for me, and the price was manageable at 51.48 Lakh. What really sold me was the proximity to Miyapur Metro Station, making my daily commute much easier. It's also very close to Srikara Hospitals, which gives me peace of mind. The project has basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and closed car parking. My only slight concern is that the rooms, while adequate, aren't excessively large. But considering it's my fit purchase and the overall convenience, I am content. The project was completed in December 2019.

It's pretty close to Miyapur Metro Station, which is a huge plus for my commute to work. The price point was also within our initial budget, around 51.48 Lakh. We liked the idea of 24x7 water supply and closed car parking. The construction was completed in December 2019. One thing that did bother us a bit was the traffic coming into Miyapur during peak hou, it can get quite heavy. Overall, it felt like a practical choice for us right now.

The parking situation offeboth open and closed options, which is good. While the price was at the higher end of my budget, the ready-to-move status and the area's development prospects made it a compelling choice. The construction was finished in December 2019.
