The 4 BHK builder floor offeplenty of space for our growing family, with 4509 square feet built up area. It being ready to move made the transition very smooth. The area on Golf Coue Road is quite developed. My only small concern is the traffic on Golf Coue Road during peak hou, which can be a bit much sometimes. Otherwise, the constant water supply and power backup are good features. The price of 8.5 crore onwards is at the higher end, but the convenience for the kids' schooling is paramount.
