The location is off Sarjapur Attibele Road, which is okay for us. It is also near Indus International School, nearby. The project is ready to move in, which was a big plus. We didn't have to wait for construction. The price point was attractive for young professionals like us. The only minor issue is that the roads around the immediate vicinity can get dusty during dry weather, and the parking space is a bit limited if you have guests. Still, for our fit home, it's a solid choice.
