The 3600 square feet area for a 4.5 BHK is very generous, giving plenty of space. The presence of a gymnasium is nice for staying active, and the security guards provide peace of mind. Being near High Court Road is convenient for accessing amenities and for visiting friends. The main concern is the traffic on East High Court Road, especially during peak hou, it can get quite congested. The builder, Aryaman Infratech, seems reliable having completed this project back in 2014.
