Arya Realty has provided good amenities like a Gymnasium and a Card Room. The location is decent, with relatively easy access to Mahanayak Uttam Kumar Metro Station (1.15 km). My main concern is the noise from the nearby main roads, especially Prince Anwar Shah Road, during the day. However, the evenings are generally quieter. The reserved parking is a definite plus.
