It's ready to move in, which was a big factor because I needed to settle quickly. The location in Kodoli is decent, and it's good to know the hospital is just a few minutes away. They have car parking, which is essential. The only slight worry is the road leading to the main highway, which could be a bit better maintained, but it’s manageable.
