Matriculation Higher Secondary School is literally nearby, which is fantastic for avoiding morning rush. We opted for a 3 BHK apartment, around 1600 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room. The project is ready to move, and that saved us a lot of hassle. The ARV Group seems to have focused on convenience for families. The main issue we are facing is the dust and noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity, which can be quite botheome sometimes, especially with young children. We are hoping this settles down once the surrounding areas are also developed. Despite that, the proximity to the school is a game-changer for us.
