Decided to buy a 2 BHK at Arunodaya Castle because the location is excellent for my work. Being in Khairatabad, Banjara Hills means I am close to everything. The built-up area for the 2 BHK is between 900 to 1200 square feet, giving me enough room to set up a home office. It's ready to move in, which was a priority for me. KIMS - Sunshine Hospitals being nearby provides peace of mind. The only drawback I noticed is that the construction dust was still visible in some common areas, even though it's ready to move. I hope the Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper addresses the final cleaning thoroughly. Overall, it’s a good choice.

It is ready to move, and importantly, has received its Occupancy Certificate. I considered a 3 BHK, which is quite large, from 1400 to 2000 square feet. The builder, Swaraj Homes BuildeDeveloper, has handed over projects before, so there's some reliability. The area offegood connectivity, with the metro station not too far. While the apartment itself is fine, the common areas could use a bit more upkeep. Some landscaping would also improve the look. It's decent for my retirement needs.
