The 505 sq.ft 1 BHK is just the right size for us to start. We loved that it is a gated community with 24x7 security. The price was also within our budget, around 18 Lakh which was a big factor. It's ready to move which means we can settle in soon. The location is good, close to the highway. Hopefully, the maintenance charges are not too high. Overall, a positive fit experience buying a property.

We got a 2 BHK flat of 720 sq.ft for around 26 Lakh. It is a ready to move property, which was great as we had to relocate quickly. The area is developing, and it's good that it's a gated community with good security. The only slight concern is that the road leading to the project can get a bit dusty during construction phases in nearby plots. However, the internal amenities like the play area are good.
