Being a ready-to-move-in project completed in June 2023 was ideal for my immediate needs. The gymnasium and swimming pool are great for unwinding after long hospital shifts. However, the traffic on the Tirupathi Bypass can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is something to consider. The 24x7 water supply and DC power backup are essential utilities that are well-covered here.
