The 3 BHK apartment is 1350 square feet, which gives the kids enough room to play inside. It's great that Velammal New Gen School is just a minute away, making morning drop-offs much easier. The children's play area within the complex is also a big plus for them. We also liked the landscaping and tree planting around the complex; it makes the area feel fresh. The security is 24/7, which gives us peace of mind. The only minor issue is that the Tambaram Velachery Main Road can get quite busy during peak hou, so we need to plan our outings accordingly.
