I finally bought my own flat! I chose Arun Lalithangi because it is ready to move and I needed a place quickly. I picked a 1 BHK, the built-up area is 415 square feet, which is enough for me. The price was around 17 Lakh, which felt reasonable for Chennai. It’s good that VIBA Hospital and SRM Public School are very close by, just zero kilometeaway according to the details. The gated community aspect gives me a sense of security. Power backup is essential, so that’s a plus. My only worry is the parking; it seems a little cramped. I hope it won't be too much of an issue once the community is fully occupied. The rain water harvesting system is also a nice eco-friendly feature.
