The Golf Coue Road location in Gurgaon is also very convenient, with MG Road and NH 48 easily accessible. The flat size is quite spacious, around 2430 to 3240 square feet, which is perfect for our family. Having amenities like gated community, lift, and power backup is important for us. The property is ready to move, having been completed in March 2024. The only slight downside is the traffic on Golf Coue Road during peak hou, but it's manageable given the other benefits.
