We moved into our 2 BHK at Arthi Pappa Illam a few months ago. The apartment is around 800 square feet, giving our kids enough room to play inside. Arthi Buildehanded over the property which was completed in December 2018. It's in Red Hills, Chennai North. The nearest hospital, RelaMS Hospital, is nearby, which gives us peace of mind. We looked at the banks associated, like HDFC, which helped us with our home loan. The downside is the dust on the internal roads near the project due to ongoing development in the area, which can be a bit botheome, especially with young children. Otherwise, the apartment itself is well-built and spacious enough for our family.
