I recently purchased a 2 BHK unit at Artha Aura Boulevard in Ponmar. The super builtup area is 851 square feet, which provides adequate living space. One of the key attractions for me was the comprehensive list of amenities offered, including a children's play area and a multipurpose room. The ready-to-move status was a significant advantage, allowing for immediate occupancy. The location is reasonably well-connected, being less than close to both the Vandalur-Kelambakkam Road and the Nagapattinam-Chennai Highway. However, I did notice during my visits that the general area can get quite dusty due to ongoing development, which is a minor inconvenience. The power backup system is a good inclusion for Chennai.

We wanted a new home that was ready immediately and Artha Aura Boulevard fit the bill. The 2 BHK flat we are looking at has a super builtup area of 851 square feet. We really liked the swimming pool and the closed car parking is a must for us. It’s convenient that it's close to LifeCell International which is where my husband works, only a short distance. The only concern we have is the noise from the nearby highway construction, it can get a little loud during the day. We needed a place quickly after relocating to Chennai and Artha Aura Boulevard was ready to move in. The 2 BHK flat we saw was around 851 square feet which felt quite spacious for us. It’s nice that there is a children's play area for visiting family. The proximity to ColouIndian School, a short distance, was a big factor for us. My only slight worry is the distance to the main city areas, the Airport Metro Station is over 13 kilometeaway, which might make commuting a bit long for certain trips. Still, for settling in fast, it worked out well. The power backup is also reassuring. We are still exploring the neighborhood.
