Health Faucets of QUEO / GROHE or equivalent make shall be provided near EWC in all the toilets.
● Stainless Steel Sink bowl with drainboard of make REGINOX / NIRALI or equivalent make shall be provided for the kitchen, and stainless steel sink without drain board shall be provided for the utility areas.
● All internal door frames shall be Prehung Flush Doors with Veneer Finish for bedrooms and Laminated Finish for bathrooms.
● Hardware: All hardware for bedroom doors shall include tower bolts, magnetic catcher/door stoppers and ball bearing hinges. Locks shall be mortise of YALE / DORSET make or equivalent.
● Window shutters: Prefabricated colour powder-coated aluminium sliding shutters by HINDALCO or equivalent make. One pane of Insect screen shall be provided in each window.

Electrical:
● Concealed copper wiring using POLYCAB / HAVELLS or equivalent make cables with modular plate switches. Centralized cabling system for all electrical and communication requirements.
● Wiring shall be done for lighting, 6Amps, 16 Amps and AC points in the apartment.
● Switches: All switches shall be L&T / SCHNEIDER or equivalent make.
● Generator: Power backup will be provided for all common services, light points, 6A sockets, and refrigerator points. (Air conditioning. Geyser, and other 16 Amps points will not be considered for power backup.)
● Light fixtures for the Common areas, external areas, apartment balconies and the entrance door of the individual apartments shall be provided.
