I bought a 3 BHK, around 1930 Sq.ft, and the price was close to 3.23 Crore. It's a ready to move property, which suited my needs perfectly. The developer, Arrjavv Builder Pvt Ltd, has been around for a while. The landscaping and tree planting give a nice green feel to the complex. Being a gated community with maintenance staff available is reassuring. The only small issue is that the discothek amenity seems a bit dated, but it's not a dealbreaker for me. Proximity to St. Lawrence High School is convenient for visiting relatives.

Netaji Bhavan Metro Station is also at the same distance, making city travel easy. I bought a 1930 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment for about 3.23 Crore. The apartment is ready to move, which was a huge relief during my relocation. The Vastu Compliant aspect was important for me. While the location is excellent for my hospital commute, the traffic on Sarat Bose Road can get quite heavy during peak hou, which is a minor concern for daily travel. The community hall is a nice touch for residents.
