We were looking for a ready to move apartment in Ranchi and found Arpan Enclave Phese 1. We liked the 1260 Sq.ft 3 BHK configuration, it felt just right for us. The gymnasium is a big plus, and we use it regularly. Having the yoga and meditation area is also peaceful. The solid waste management system and landscaping are well-maintained by Arpan Megastructures Private Limited. The proximity to the Ranchi Iti Bus Stand, nearby, is very convenient for commuting. The only minor issue we've found is that the lift service can sometimes be slow during peak hou, but it's not a major problem for us. Overall, it's a comfortable place to live.
