The built-up area for my flat is 1300 Sq.ft, and the price was 48 Lakh. Aroma Developehave completed the project, and it's ready for possession, which gave me confidence. The amenities like lifts and security guards are standard. The community hall might be useful for gatherings. I think the price is quite reasonable for Mohali, especially considering it's ready to move. I haven't seen the OC details yet, but the builder assured us everything is in order. Hope it's a good start for me.
