We finally moved into Arocon Rainbow a few weeks ago. The location is pretty good for us because Silverline Prestige School is only about 2 kilometeaway, which makes the morning drop-off much easier. We got a 719 Sq.ft 3 BHK apartment, and it feels spacious enough for the three of us. My daughter loves the children's play area, and my son is already asking about the swimming pool. The security seems very tight with 24/7 gated access and CCTV cameras. The only thing is the price point felt a little high for the area, but we felt the amenities and proximity to school justified it. The apartment itself is vastu compliant, which was important to us. Overall, it’s a decent place for families.

The main concern I had was undetanding the exact completion status and OC received, as that information wasn't readily available. However, based on the amenities like the gym and club house, I believe my parents will be comfortable here. The price was within the expected range for a ready-to-move property.

The price was around 80 Lakhs, which felt manageable for a fit-time buyer like me, although it was a stretch from my initial budget. The ready-to-move status was very appealing. I really liked the inclusion of a swimming pool and a club house, which I plan to use frequently. The area has good connectivity with the Delhi Meerut Expressway being nearby.
