    Finding a home near schools was a priority for us. While JUNIOORCHID SCHOOL & Jr. COLLEGE CBSE is nearby in Pimple-Gurav, it's manageable. We opted for a 2 BHK in Arnav Nirvana, which offea carpet area of around 405 sq.ft. The price point, around 40 Lakhs for our unit, was something we could manage. The project by Arnav Buildeis ready to move in. We appreciate the 24x7 water supply and the landscaping they've done. The only slight issue is the parking; while both open and closed options exist, it can feel a bit congested during evenings when everyone is returning home. The Phugewadi Metro station is also nearby, which is convenient.

We booked it because it's ready to move in, which meant we could shift quickly. The price was within our budget, around 35 Lakhs. The developer, Arnav Builde, seems to have finished the project on time as it was completed in June 2022. Parking is open and closed, which is helpful. The only thing is that the road leading to the society can get a bit busy during peak office hou, which is a minor inconvenience for our commute.
