I liked that the project has basic but essential amenities like a fire fighting system and sewage treatment plant. The size of the 4 BHK is 1664 square feet, which feels quite large for me right now, but it gives room to grow. My main concern is that I am not sure about the exact pricing as it was not provided, and I hope I got a good deal. The location on Sadhuvasvni Road is decent, but accessing it requires going through a slightly narrower lane from the main road. Still, it's a good start for me.

The 1664 square feet 4 BHK configuration gives us plenty of room. We moved in September 2021 and the construction quality seems solid. The 24/7 water supply is reliable. My only small worry is the traffic on Sadhuvasvni Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. But overall, having the school so close makes it worthwhile for us. The kids are happy, and that's the main thing. We are quite happy with the space we have.
