As a government employee, stability and a good location are important. Armaan Nandanvan in Narolgam offered a 1 BHK flat around 666 square feet for about 18 Lakhs, which was within my affordability. The project was completed in 2014, and it's ready to move. I appreciate the earthquake-resistant structure and the basic amenities like security guards and internal roads. While the price is reasonable, I did notice that the OC received status is not available, which is a minor concern for official documentation. However, the proximity to Naroda Road is good for commuting.
