Being a government employee, I value reliability and timely delivery, and this project being ready to move was a key factor. Armaan Developehas ensured basic amenities like 24x7 water supply and solid waste management, which are crucial for daily living. The location in Narolgam, Ahmedabad, is reasonably connected. Parmarnu Garnalu Bus Stop is nearby, making public transport accessible. I found the rooms to be a bit compact for my liking, especially the bedroom, but for a single peon, it is manageable. The security system is quite robust, which gives me peace of mind. The overall construction quality seems decent.

I examined a 1 BHK unit, and while the layout is functional, the overall area specification was not clearly available, which is a bit unusual. The proximity to Divine Life International School (0.9 km) and Swastik Hospital (1 km) is a strong selling point for future tenants. My main reservation is the accessibility from the main road; one has to navigate through some smaller lanes, which can be inconvenient. It’s a decent option, but not outstanding.

  We just moved into our new 2 BHK at Armaan Nandanvan Heights Phase 2. As a young IT couple, we needed something ready and convenient. The project is located in Narolgam, South East Ahmedabad, which is developing nicely. Armaan Developehas included a sewage treatment plant and rainwater harvesting, which shows some foresight. We chose this because it was ready to move and seemed like a good balance for our budget. The 24x7 security is also a big plus for us. The only minor issue is that the parking space feels a bit cramped, especially if we have guests over. Otherwise, the community buildings and landscaping look good. It’s a comfortable place to start our journey together.

  Moving from our rented place, we were looking for a spacious 2 BHK in Armaan Nandanvan Heights Phase 2. The size of the flats is quite decent, and we liked the idea of having community buildings within the complex. Armaan Developeseems to have covered most basic needs like landscaping and street lighting. Being ready to move was a big advantage as we didn't want to wait long. The distance to Swastik Hospital is nearby, which is excellent. However, the internal roads within the Narolgam area could be a bit better maintained; they seem to get dusty easily, especially during dry weather. Still, for the price we are expecting, it's a good upgrade from our current rental situation.
