I've booked a 2 BHK apartment, around 1112 square feet built-up area, which is a good size for me. The price was about 61.16 Lakh. The developer, Arkala Realty and Infrastructure Private Limited, is building it, with completion expected in November 2028. I really like the comprehensive recreational facilities and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance for safety. The integrated fire fighting system and sprinkleare also reassuring. My only hesitation is the distance to the main market area for daily shopping, it's not walkable.
