The decision was driven by the proximity to schools; Dilsukhnagar Public School is just 1.86 kilometeaway, making the morning commute much easier for our children. The price was around 85 Lakh, which was manageable for our family budget. Having a ready-to-move-in flat was a huge relief. The developer, ARK Infra Group, has equipped the project with essential amenities like 24x7 water supply and a sewage treatment plant. The community buildings are also a nice space for kids to play. We are generally happy, though the road leading to the project can be dusty at times.
