Finding a ready-to-move apartment in Goa was my priority. Arjuntree One fit the bill. I got a 2 BHK apartment which is 1616 Sq.ft, a good size for me. The apartment is Vastu compliant, which was important to me. I liked that there are utility shops within the gated community, making daily errands easier. The lift(s) are reliable and there is a service lift too. Arjun Tree Structures Pvt Ltd has included a good rain water harvesting system. The price was around 90 Lakhs. The only thing I found a little inconvenient is the parking; the basement and stilt parking is adequate but can feel a bit tight if you have a larger vehicle.

I appreciate the fire fighting system and fire retardant structure for safety. The built-up area for the 3 BHK is between 1616 Sq.ft to 2524 Sq.ft, which is more than enough for my needs. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex very green. Timer controlled common area lighting is a nice touch. My only minor concern is that the access road off NH-17 can get a bit dusty sometimes, especially during construction phases nearby. However, the overall quality from Arjun Tree Structures Pvt Ltd is good.
