    We visited Arjun Ananta last weekend. As a young couple working in IT, connectivity is important. The Gujarat Univeity Metro Station is just nearby, which is fantastic. The 3 BHK configuration is around 1060 sq.ft, which is a good size for us. We loved the idea of a clubhouse and indoor games for entertainment. The location in Naranpura is quite good, with St. Xavier's High School nearby too, though Marengo CIMS Hospital is a bit further out. Arjun Group is the developer. It's still under construction, due for completion in December 2026. One minor issue is the parking situation – it looked a bit tight. We also noticed the construction dust, which is expected. But the amenities like the swimming pool and amphitheatre are very appealing.
