My husband and I finally bought our own place at Aristo Sam Complex after yeaof renting. The 2 BHK flat is exactly 980 Sq.ft, which is a good upgrade from our previous rental. We chose this because it's close to where we work and also near Trio World Academy, which is nearby, perfect for future planning. The price of 27.44 Lakh onwards was manageable for us with the home loan. Lloyds Realty has delivered a ready-to-move-in property. One thing that’s a bit of a drawback is the dust from ongoing construction in the surrounding areas; it settles quite quickly. Also, the access road to the complex could be better maintained. Despite these minor issues, we are happy to finally own a home in Bangalore.

The main issue right now is the traffic on Bellary Road, it can get quite congested during peak houBut overall, the proximity to essential places like the airport and a good school makes it a practical choice for someone new to the city.
