We liked Aristo Sai Charan because it is ready to move. We saw a 2 BHK which is 900 sq.ft built up. The price was around 31.5 Lakh which fit our budget. Getting to the Outer Ring Road is easy from Banaswadi, so our commute is okay. Lloyds Realty has finished the project and we could see the actual flat, not just a model. The area has schools nearby like New Baldwin International School which is good for the future. The only thing is that traffic near Banaswadi can get a bit bad during peak houOtherwise, the flat itself is decent for a start.

I purchased a 3 BHK in Aristo Sai Charan. It is 1150 sq.ft built up and cost around 40.25 Lakh. Being ready to move was a big plus for me. The location in Banaswadi, Green Park Layout is accessible. It is not too far from NH 44 and NH 75, which is convenient for travel outside the city. Lloyds Realty delivered the project on time. The apartment layout seems practical. My main concern is the lack of OC received information; it would have been better to have that cleared. Also, finding parking space for guests can be a challenge here.
