I opted for a 3 BHK, which has a built-up area of 1333 Sq.ft. The project by Lloyds Realty was ready to move in. The proximity to the hospital is excellent. It’s also not too far from INDUS VALLEY WORLD SCHOOL, which is convenient for friends with children. The metro station is accessible too. The area is relatively calm compared to central Kolkata, which I prefer.

My main concern is the access road which is a bit narrow for about 200 mete, and can be inconvenient during peak houor for larger vehicles.
