The 2 BHK, around 600 sq.ft, is perfect for my needs as I’ll be spending most of my time at the hospital. The price was very reasonable, starting from 10.8 Lakhs. Its location near the Outer Ring Road and NH 44 makes commuting easy. Baiyappanahalli Metro Station is also just a short drive away, which is great for exploring the city. Cloudnine Hospital is also quite close, which was a significant factor. Being ready to move was a huge relief after a hectic relocation process. Lloyds Realty built this property some time ago, and it feels like a solid construction. I didn’t find any major issues with the apartment itself.
