    I decided to invest in a 2 BHK flat at Arima Cyprus Oaks, expecting decent rental returns. The area in Puliakulam has seen some development. The flat size is adequate at 1332 square feet. Arima Constructions private limited completed this project back in 2009. While it's ready to move, I did notice that the parking area might be a bit cramped if you have multiple vehicles. The price was around 90 Lakh, which seemed acceptable for the location and age of the property. The availability of a children's play area and sports area is a plus for families who might rent it. I hope the maintenance charges are reasonable.
