I looked at the 2 BHK configuration which seems a good size for one peon. My main reason for choosing this project was the proximity to Narayana e-Techno School and RelaMS Hospital, both are practically next door, which is a huge convenience if I ever need them. The developer, Arihant Foundations and Housing Ltd, has a decent reputation. I am a little concerned about traffic on the main road during peak hou, but otherwise, I think it's a good fit purchase.
