We chose Arihant Bank OfficeCampus because of its proximity to Duckling Next Innovation School, which is nearby. This makes the morning commute for my kids much less stressful. We got a plot of 1242 Sq.ft for our new home. The total price came to about 9.5 Lakh, which was affordable for us. The area is developing nicely. There's a cycling and jogging track which the kids enjoy using. Shivani Hospital is also nearby at nearby, which provides a sense of security. My only reservation is that the Occupation Certificate (OC) status is not available, which is a bit concerning for future clear titles, although the project was completed in 2012.
