The price was around 85 Lakhs, which is reasonable for Chennai West. The location in Kattupakkam offea balance between connectivity and a slightly quieter environment compared to the city center. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and fire fighting system provide a sense of security. While the project was completed in 2010, it has been kept in decent condition. The availability of table tennis and a gymnasium is a nice bonus for residents. Getting to Chennai Central Railway Station takes nearby, which is manageable.
