I am buying a flat in Aries Green Homes for my parents who live in Bhiwadi. Since I am abroad most of the time, I needed something reliable and ready to move. A & R Buildmart seems to have a decent reputation. I chose a 2 BHK configuration which is 975 square feet, which should be plenty for them. The proximity to Euro International School and Patodia Hospital, both nearby, is a big plus for their convenience. I also appreciated the 24x7 CCTV surveillance mentioned in the amenities. The prices were reasonable, around 19-20 Lakhs for the unit we selected. I hope the maintenance charges are not too high.

Being ready to move was essential for us. The project is located on Alwar Bypass Road, which makes commuting reasonably easy. We liked the inclusion of a gymnasium and a jogging track for fitness. The entrance lobby also looked quite grand. The price was around 28 Lakhs, which was acceptable given the size and amenities. However, the parking area seemed a bit congested; finding a spot for multiple vehicles might be a challenge.

My main concern is the dust and noise from the bypass road, especially during the day. It’s something you get used to, but it’s definitely noticeable.
