I am buying a 2 BHK flat in Arhant Samyak Skyz for my parents who live in Bhavnagar. Eva Banglow is the developer. The location in Krishna Nagar, Jawahar Colony is convenient for them. It's ready to move, which is ideal as they don't want to wait. The carpet area of around 470 square feet is a good size for them. Having Mahdi School nearby at nearby and HCG Hospital at nearby are important facilities for their daily needs and healthcare. The building includes a lift, which is essential. I hope they will be comfortable here.

The 2 BHK flat we looked at had a carpet area of about 450 square feet, which is workable for our small family. It’s ready to move in, so we could shift quickly.
