The location on Sriman Srinivasa Road in Alwarpet is quite central. It's nice that DAV Girls Senior Secondary School is nearby, though I don't have kids yet. The price was on the higher side, around 4.18 crore, but Arham Buildehas a decent reputation. The 24x7 water supply is definitely a relief. I am still exploring the area, but so far, it feels like a good decision.
