The location in Raja Annamalai Puram is very convenient, especially with St. John's School literally next door, which is perfect for my grandchildren. Kauvery Hospital is also extremely close, which gives us peace of mind. The building itself feels solid, and the common areas are well-maintained. My only small concern is the traffic on Krishnapur Main Road during peak hou; it can get quite busy. Otherwise, it's a peaceful place to live.

Finding a ready-to-move-in flat in Chennai South was challenging, but Arham Arham Mitra worked out for me. I chose a 3 BHK, even though I only need one bedroom, because the other rooms offer flexibility for a home office and guests. The carpet area is a generous 1983 square feet, so space is definitely not an issue. Being so close to Mandaveli Bus Stop, at nearby, makes commuting easier than I expected. The building looks modern, and I felt safe here during my visits. I do wish there were more shopping options within immediate walking distance, but the hospital nearby is a big plus for safety.
