    This is my fit home purchase, and I chose Arge Helios. I picked a 3 BHK with a super builtup area of 2068 square feet. The price was around 2.1 Crore. I liked that the project is ready to move in, so I didn't have to wait long. The amenities are quite good; I especially liked the children's play area and the swimming pool. The overall look and feel of the project is quite appealing. My only worry is the parking situation. While they offer car parking, I feel it might get crowded. Also, the dust from the ongoing construction nearby is sometimes an issue. But for a fit home, it feels like a solid choice with good facilities. I'm excited to move in.
