I'm looking at a 2 BHK flat, and the carpet area of 1110 square feet is quite spacious. Arfa BuildePrivate Limited is the developer, and the project is under construction, expected to be completed by January 2029. The proximity to the Jeppu Market Bus Station is also a big plus for my daily commute. While the project looks promising, I am a bit concerned about the noise levels from the nearby highway during construction. However, the convenience outweighs this minor issue for now.
