I selected a 4 BHK penthouse, which is 2320 square feet, for approximately 1 Crore 26 Lakhs. The project is under construction, with an expected completion date of December 2026. The amenities like lifts, car parking, and power backup are essential for my parents' comfort. The location in Manish Nagar is good, close to Orange City Hospital and Research Institute, which is important. I am hoping the construction quality is as good as they promise. It would be helpful if they had received the Occupation Certificate already, but it's not available yet.
