Features like the earthquake-resistant RCC structure and rain water harvesting are thoughtful additions. The dedicated cricket pitch is an interesting amenity. However, the distance from the main S. G. Highway, approximately 7.5 kilomete, might affect connectivity for some, and it's quite a journey.

I am getting a 1310 square feet 2 BHK unit for around 62.88 Lakh. The location in South West, Ahmedabad, near Prahladnagar Ext. Is promising, and it’s close to DAV International School which is 2.51 kilometeaway. The Sunlit Rooms & Open Balconies are a big plus for me. I am a bit concerned about the traffic near Makarba Cross Road during peak hou, it can get quite congested.

They mention earthquake-resistant RCC structure and a fire fighting system, which are important safety features. However, the OC is not yet available, and it's quite far from the S. G. Highway, about 7.5 kilomete, which might be a concern for daily commute.
