My only worry is the traffic on the main road during peak hou; it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to the Motera Stadium Metro Station, just under 2 kilometeaway, is a big plus for getting around Ahmedabad easily. The price point starting at 78.97 Lakh is on the higher side but undetandable given the location.
