We chose AR The Nest because it’s ready to move and has a dedicated children's play area. Our 3 BHK is 1440 sq.ft, and the price was about 1.25 Crore. The location in Manikonda is convenient, and we liked that AR Infra and Developer included amenities like a swimming pool and a party hall. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us a sense of security. The project was completed in March 2013, so it's not brand new, but it appeato be holding up well. The only issue is the noise from the nearby main road sometimes, especially during evenings. Otherwise, the space and facilities are good for a family.
