We chose a 2 BHK which has a super builtup area between 945 Sq.ft and 1210 Sq.ft. It’s close to Gopalan National School, which is good for my niece who visits often. The price point was acceptable for the location and amenities offered. I have requested a friend to check the construction quality. The main concern is that it's close to NH 44, making it a bit of a drive to get onto the highway, but the Outer Ring Road is closer at nearby. Overall, it seems like a safe bet for my parents' comfort.
