We checked out AR Panchsheel Park last weekend. The location in Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad seems promising with NH-24 nearby for commutes. We were looking at the plot sizes, and they offer options from 150 sq.ft up to 2153 sq.ft. The price range for these plots is between 1.08 Cr and 2.19 Cr, which is quite a significant investment. AR Infratech is the developer, and they have this project under construction with completion expected by June 2026. The idea of building our own house on a plot is exciting, but the current dust and ongoing construction noise are a bit much to deal with right now. We liked the idea of a gated community though.

We bought a residential plot at AR Panchsheel Park from AR Infratech. The area is developing, and we chose a 2153 sq.ft plot. The price was on the higher side, around 2.19 Cr, but we felt it was a good investment considering the location in Ghaziabad and the potential for appreciation. The project is under construction with completion expected in June 2026. One thing that concerned me slightly was the access road to the site itself; it’s a bit narrow for the larger vehicles and can get congested during peak houHowever, the inclusion of amenities like a golf coue and a shopping mall within the larger development is a definite plus for future residents. The storm water drains and solid waste management plans are also well thought out.
