One thing that concerned me slightly was the access road to the site itself; it’s a bit narrow for the larger vehicles and can get congested during peak houHowever, the inclusion of amenities like a golf coue and a shopping mall within the larger development is a definite plus for future residents. The storm water drains and solid waste management plans are also well thought out.
