    We just bought our fit plot at AR Enclave and are pretty excited. It's a residential plot in North Bangalore, specifically in Bagalur. We chose an 800 Sq.ft plot, which seems like a good size for starting out. The location is convenient, with Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya a short distance, which is useful for future planning. The main thing that attracted us was the storm water drains, which are important for Bangalore's unpredictable rains. AR Constructions seems to have good plans for this area. We haven't started construction yet, but the overall feel of the community is peaceful. Ready to move in is also a plus.

The primary concern for me is the dust on the internal roads due to ongoing construction in the wider area, which AR Constructions has little control over. It is ready to move though.

It's about an 8-minute drive to The North Bangalore Hospital, which offepeace of mind. The Bagalur Bus Stop is also very close, only a 6-minute walk, making it easy for them to get around. AR Constructions has provided a children's play area, which is nice though not directly relevant for my parents.
