We chose AR Amara Avira primarily because of its proximity to good schools. DAV Girls Senior Secondary School is very close by, which saves a lot of travel time for my daughter. The 4 BHK configuration at 4233 Sq.ft provides ample space for our growing family. The AR Group is building this project in T Nagar, which is a well-established locality. We saw the plans for the senior citizen sit-out and swimming pool, which will be nice for the whole family. The completion date is December 2028, so we have time. The only concern is the traffic in T Nagar, it can get quite heavy, especially during peak houWe are hoping the internal roads and landscaping will offer some peace.

My partner and I are considering AR Amara Avira. We liked the modern design and the idea of having a gymnasium and swimming pool within the complex. The 4 BHK flats are massive at 4233 Sq.ft, which gives us plenty of room to grow or even set up a home office. AR Group is known for quality construction. The T Nagar location is excellent, very close to major roads and good hospitals like Kauvery Hospital Chennai. The project is still under construction, with completion expected in December 2028.
